Travel essencials we often forget, but shouldn't!

Hi there.

Another travel-themed post today. I'm sure you all remember to pack your underwear and your pants, so I won't be paying much attention to these things. I've tried and wrote down the things that I often forget and end up "really" missing. If you're a perfect planner that this post is not really for you, because you probably never forget anything, but if you seem to forget things, I hope you find this post useful:)

1. A long sleeve
Especially while going to a warmer country or area, I often seem to think that I won't be needing long sleeves, but the truth is, that you may. Obviously you don't need four different long-sleeved shirts, but one is definitely a must, maybe if you're out at night since it gets colder, maybe if the weather decides to mess up, whichever it may be, you can never go wrong.

2. Nail polish remover
I always take nail polishes, since my nails are usually crap I try to keep them tidy at least during the summer, when there is less stress. Obviously, a nail polish doesn't last on my nails for 10 days, it cracks off and sometimes you can't just go over it and fix it. Or if I want to change the color; I am smart enough to bring 5 nail polishes, but forget to bring a remover? What am I goint to do, paint them all over each other?

3. Cotton buds
They are ALWAYS useful. For removing an accident with your mascara, as a makeup brush, for your ears and so on.

4. Nail scissors
I don't know how necessary these are for you, but for me it is a must, because I am clumsy, I bite my nails and my cuticle is messed up. Also, since I don't take regular scissors with me, I can use these for all those types of jobes.

5. Tweezers
To keep your eyebrows nice since you're probably not wearing a bunch of makeup all the time. Also for putting on your eyelashes and things like that.

6. Some type of tissues
And not just regular ones, but some type of wet tissues to refreshen yourself when you're out in the heat. Your skin will be grateful.

7. Medicine, blisters
Just in case, you know. It is a terrible thing to get sick while you're away, but it does happen, as do accidents, so it's god to be a bit prepared. By that I don't mean to take with you the whole pharmacy, but a pain-killer or two won't hurt.

I'm sure I forgot something, I hope this post wasn't too short and boring. I just thought it might be helpful since it's the summer time and everyone is going somewhere. If you are, I wish you a pleasant holiday:)

Love always,

T.
